In the 'Community' tab above you will find 'Language Partners' as an option, choose the correct languages, and do a search. Choose a few people and send them an invitation to be friends and write in the invitation that you want to practice together. Or you can also get a tutor in the "Tutors' tab above, if you don't find partners.
