Do both sentences have the same meaning? (I mean it in the future) You never change, do you? You will never change, will you?

They are very close but are likely to be used in different situations. In the first sentence, I imagine the context to be that the listener has just done something out of habit, like wear bright red socks with his work suit, and the speaker is expressing his or her amusement, mild frustration or just ironic observation. In the second sentence, I can imagine the context that there has just been a conversation about the listener's habit in which he / she has indicated their firm opinion that this habit should or will continue well into the future.
