Phresal verbs: to Carry out and to work out. Hi, I've often met these phresal verbs and it'd help me if I could have some examples about the former (to carry out)for all its meanings( if there is more than one). With the respect to work out, I haven't understood yet if it's refered to physical training in general ( training at the swimming pool, running, etc..) or it strictly has to do with the training you do at the gym.
