El primer paso sería entender, escribir lo que has captado y tratar de decirlo en voz alta... bueno, sola seguramente no es divertido, por eso te recomiendo que encuentres una persona que comparta tus mismos intereses ¡de manera que puedan hacerlo juntos!!
