All three sentences are correct. Would you prefer to stay at home or (to) go out? - The "to" is optional here.

Lo gracioso es que todas estan bien dichas. Puedes decir la que prefieras de las tres. Si acaso en la tercera insinuas un tanto que lo que tu en su lugar harias es, salir y no quedarte en casa. Algo como si te dijeran "Prefieres quedarte en casa en vez de salir?" y las primeras son dos opciones iguales "Preferirias salir o quedarte en casa?" Saludos y disculpa la falta de acentos
