he arrived right on time, meaning right when you where supposed to be there, not early or late. we where in time, it is kinda like you just almost missed something. like we where just in time to catch the buss. but the other would be for an appointment on time that is. different wording same meaning but used for different situations

Hi Alan I know that that argument is inerent about the delay. I wouls say, for example: - I have came to the appointment on time - I have came to the appointment in time Thank you
