we use the short cuts in we speak. can use the shortcuts in writing? yes or no?like: gonna= going to
can I use gonna in writing?!and like: wanna= want to
lmme= let mewe can write wanna, gonna or lmme? or just for spreaking??!!!

No, you should not write like that, unless in very informally. If you want to send a text message to a close friend you can write like that, otherwise write the full words.
