帮：1，相助，替别人办事 help like "请帮帮我"

扶：1，帮助， help like“扶植”

帮，=帮助，usually is equal to [help] eg. 请你帮我（一）个忙。
扶，=扶起，help sb up from the ground, eg. 把他扶起来。

帮扶，帮助，扶助，they all mean help. But 帮扶、扶助are more often used in news broadcast, written Chinese. 帮助 is more common in spoken Chinese.
