-(으)ㄹ리가 없어요. It cannot be happened.

리가 없어요 not  to me and we usually use it some increditable news what i just heard. That's the reason that we usually use this 그럴 리가 없어요
A: 네 동생이 죽었대
B: 그럴 리가 없어요. 난 어제 그 아이와 전화통화도 했어요!
So in this sentense 한국어를 배울리가 없어요, if invisible subject is I, it is incorrect.
