I mean end of insulation damaging burnt and also (is it tattered correct?)I mean, when you striped wires, end of insulation is not striped clear some of pieces of insulation stayed on cable. I do not know which words use.

You might mean "frayed" but, like Gary, I cannot understand exactly what your question is.

Sorry - your description is not great, so it is hard to say. Do you have a picture you could send?
'Tattered' would only work for something like glass insulation, where the ends have been twisted and tangled and worn.
