You could play "I spy with my little eye" it's really easy. All you do is pick an object in a room or car or wherever you happen to be and say "I spy with my little eye something beginning with 'R'." Then the other person has to guess what it is; they might guess "radio" for example. Once they get it right you switch roles, and it's your turn to guess.
