Is this the correct way to write it? Do I have any mistake ?

Note: I found a mistake in my address which is mentioned in the contract, it should be "Zarqa-alhussien", and not "Amman-Alhussien".

If the address is incorrect in the contract, it would probably be better to reply asking them to correct the address, and send a corrected copy. Or perhaps to correct it yourself before signing.
Is it definitely alhussien and not alhussein? (i and e around the other way)
Your reply is fine. 
Perhaps it would be better to say 'Please note:', and 'address as it appears in', but it is still perfectly understandable as it is.

Kindly find the attached file that is the signed (Name) contract .. Also kindly be advised that I have corrected my contract address to "Zarqa-Al Hussien", instead of "Amman-Al Hussien" where the last one has been incorrect
