Hello Fatemath, welcome to Italki. The only thing you should do is: Go to community / language partner , choose your language partner and send him/her a private message. There you can ask him/her to give you his/her Skype ID. When he/she gives you his/her Skype ID, you can start talking whenever you want. Have a nice day.

You can send text messages through Italki, but if you want to talk [by voice], you must use Skype or another app to do this. Ask your partner if they have an app for speaking directly to someone else.
