I am not sure what you mean but we do use the expression "single -handedly" to mean you did something alone.
For example "He crossed the Atlantic single-handedly in his sailing boat".
I think you can also say "single handed" in this sentence.

Single handed doesn't mean you have one hand. If that's what you trying to say than it's not the right word.
