I was wondering how you'd say something like ' take this shredded meat and roll it into a meatball' .
These are my translations, I wonder if I am right or at least close.
把肉揉成小球。
把绞肉揉成肉丸子。
揉这些绞肉变成一些肉丸子。

And then my second question is...
How do you describe in Chinese, the action whereby you take some meat and roll it in a bowl of breadcrumbs, to create a crusty layer around your meat. In English, I believe they'd say 'breading'.

I want to say:
Take the minced meat, roll in into meatballs, then roll it through the breadcrums and fry it.
你先把绞肉揉成肉丸，然后给他们一层面包渣，然后把他们炸熟／好。
