Hi. Try everyday spend time learn new words. Today teacher recommended for me read English book, everyday one page ( underline words which meaning do not know and after use dictionary). So everyday learn new words. I try remember the same new word because I came to UK and work here. I listen radio, watch films with subtitle. Good luck. Take care

Sometimes try to impruve your english is difficult, sometimes is frustrating for you but i think the best way to learnt this lenguage is enjoying, now the question is.... How we can enjoy learning english? For examole being here in Italki it is a good solution, knowing new friends is the clue to impruve this.
