The difference in grammar is that 미친 듯이 is past whereas 미칠 듯이 is future. So with 미친 듯이 you're already crazy and with 미칠 듯이 you're about to go crazy.

I don't know the dictionary definitions for these but to my ear, 
미친 듯이 : (literally) crazily  (ex) 이틀을 굶고나서 밥을 미친듯이 먹었다.
미칠 듯이 : like crazy (ex) 나는 그를 미칠 듯이 사랑한다.
