How do i express these sentence I was downloading a file on the internet and I noticed that the file was at 48% and I'm wondering how I can express that when I want to say to someone that the file is still not in the half of the progress. I'm guessing "it still hasn't gotten halfway" or "halfway through" don't know which is the correct one, anyways if you think that that sentence sounds weird please do tell what sentence would sound natural in this kind of scenario :D Thanks!

In this case you'd probably want to say "The download isn't even halfway done" or just "The download's not at 50%".

Well the download is at 48% ... The download progress has not even reached 50%.... It's still loading..I'm at 50% now

The file is not yet halfway downloaded. My file is halfway finished downloading. The file is almost halfway downloaded. Lots of ways to say it.

They sound good enough to me

You could say "The file is not half way done downloading.", "The file is not even half way through.", or "The download is not at 50%." Any of those are perfectly acceptable when writing out or speaking English.
