can you help me with this question??? I´ve seen that when native english speakers are speaking fluently, they don´t say some letters sometimes... for example "feel" its past is "felt" but I´ve heard that they don´t say "felt" but "fell".. obviously this happens when they are speaking fast or normal... can I do the same??? and how???

You've given a good example of English words that end in a consonant. Native speakers often sound like they are not enunciating the final consonant, but in fact, they often do make the sound at 25% of the full sound. This doesn't present much of a problem for native listeners because they realize what form of the word is being used based on the context. I would always recommend that non-native English speakers enunciate the final consonant because the listener will not mistake the actual form of the word. The best public speakers always enunciate the final consonants.
