What's the difference between "at the moment", "for now", and "so far"?

"At the moment" really just means right now, at present. It could change the instant after it is spoken.
"For now" usually means right now and at least a little bit into the future. Basically you do not expect a change in the immediate future.
"So far" refers to the past, not the future. It means from the past and in the present as well. It could also change very soon.
