No it's not correct. The word Persona can refer to men and women but the word itself, grammatically speaking, is feminine.
So it's always: Una/La Persona - Alcune/Le Persone

Ex.
Paolo è una persona meravigliosa.
I miei genitori sono due persone molto generose.
