What sentences is corret.
He usually goes to work by car OR He usually goes to work in the car.
I don`t understand very well, when use these prepositions "for", "to" and by.
I know some rules for use of TO and FOR. For example. We use "for" for decribe the use of object,for general in this case "for"go before of a verb ending ing for instance. My book is good for leaning gramatical rules. other. This pen is for writing on my notebook.
We use "To" for, when the subject is a person, In this case the verb not change. For example

They are both grammatically correct, but the second does not mean what you may think it does. It is the analogue of "He goes to work in the office", and would mean that that is the place in which he sets off to work.
