In Spanish is : ¿me podéis recordar por dónde vamos / por qué ejercicio vamos?

Can you remind me where we left 'OFF' last time. - This is most common
Can you tell me where we are - This is correct

Can you tell me where we are? This is good.
Can you remind me where we left it last time? It would be more common to hear "Can you remind me where we left off last time?"
