Hi Dewey, maybe you could try a singer called Adam Ďurica and songs Neľutujem or Mandolína, but I have no idea if they can be found on appleMusic, however they are quite easy and about love, though many Slovaks don't like them as they were too often played in radio. Another band, I would recommend to you is Elán - it's an old music band very popular in Slovakia with a lot of hits - they slow songs are - Len kým tu si, Láska bože láska, Jedenáste prikázanie, Amnestia na neveru, Láska moja, Kráľovná bielych tenisiek, ôsmy svetadiel... Another popular bands and singers: IMT smile, Gladiátor, Polemic, Horkýže Slíže, Zuzana Smatanová, Katka Knechtová, etc.

If you do not dislike retro music, you could try out the ever-greens from Milan Lasica & Bratislava Hot Serenaders - they are mostly songs from the '30s and the '40s by songwriter Frantisek K. Vesely, with more contemporary arrangements. I believe Milan Lasica is an actor so his pronunciation is very clear.
