boy and girl, guy and ... ? girl again?
1) Is there any age limit for words: "boy", "girl", "guy", "man" and "woman"?
2) Today in the Russian language has no equivalent words: "mister", "miss" and "missis". In daily life, we use the words: "boy", "girl", "guy", "man" and "woman" when referring to people. How to react to such treatment people in the UK or US ?

boy and girl refer to children like Девчонка or мальчик. Woman and man are for adults (over 18 or older than you). It depends how you want to use it. We don't say, hey woman, what time is it? You would say Sir, or Mz (with a z) or just Excuse me can you tell me the time?

It's not completely clear-cut but certainly try not to call anyone who is an adult (so over the age of 18 in most countries) 'boy' or 'girl.' At best it will come across as patronising and some people will definitely be put out/offended by it. I am 24 and I certainly don't want to be called a 'boy' any more. Even 'young man' is pushing it a bit but with that the tone of voice is important.
If someone is an adult, refer to them as either a man or a woman.
By the way, no one writes Mr. and Mrs. in full. You also only use these terms with someone's surname e.g. Mr Smith, Mrs Jones etc.

I'm not sure but I think there is no age limit for man boy girl and woman but mostly they use woman and man for married people. Sometimes calling a young boy "man" could be compliment and calling an old man "boy" could be compliment or insult. It depends.

The female version of "guy" is "gal."
