I'm from Brazil and my native language is portuguese. I'm here in this site trying to improve my english and I can teach you portuguese

I also use a site called www.doulingo.com. It has all the languages you listed, and then some. It has lesson based learning for free. You can make friends on the site if you know their username, and can message them.

There are a lot of apps if you search for "learning french" or something. I have duolingo on my phone and that has a ton of languages. Plus looking for partners on here could get you somewhere. I also read that you can learn by watching videos and reading articles in the language you want to learn.
