Hi Asem, You can improve your listening in English so fast by listening to (BBC learning English), watching English films with English subtitles to recognize what they say ,listen to English songs and repeat after them, and you can also make some friends to talk to them to improve your speaking and listing in English. and don’t hesitate to ask anyone for help. get some films, tv series, documentaries etc with close caption subtitles. Then watch those. You can then practice improving your ability to understand spoken English.

What I recommend for my students is to watch a TV series with the subtitles in English. Start with a simple one like Friends or something talking about everyday life and start translating the words you don't know as you go. it won't be very enjoyable at first, but as time goes on you will find that you just start understanding, whether it be through context or previous translations! I have found TV to be the fastest way to learn another language, unless you are a singer or musician, in which learning lyrics would be much much quicker.
