aren't or ain't
what's the difference between aren't and ain't?
In addition, what is your way to learn Japanese and English vocabulary easy? And where can I find plenty of Japanese vocabulary to learn? Because I don't have a condition to buy a Japanese dictionary or book which teaches how to learn Japanese( I couldn't find it any where in my place :( )

Aren't is correct English and ain't is slang, although heavily used just the same.

The difference between aren't and ain't is; aren't stands for are not. Example: "You are not going to the movies." Can also be said as, "You aren't going to the movies." Ain't is improper English and is not an actual word. It is only used in slang to mean the same thing as aren't. As far as picking up English vocabulary. Music and movies I find are the easiest way. Try finding songs with subtitles in the language you want and listen to them on repeat.
