1. True/false Right/wrong : Facts
If you tell the truth about something, what you are saying is true.
If you tell a lie about something, what you are saying is untrue/false.
"The sun rises in the east" = true/right
"The sun rises in the west" = false/wrong
2a Right and wrong - Grammatical correctness
"Kangaroos comes from Australia" = This sentence is wrong because the grammar is incorrect. It might be factually right/true, but grammatically it is wrong.
"Kangaroos come from Australia" = This is 'right' in both senses of the word - it is true/right in that the information is correct, and it is also 'right' grammatically
"Kangaroos come from England" = This sentence is RIGHT in that the grammar is correct, but it is NOT TRUE. It is factually wrong.
2a Right and wrong - opinions
We can also use 'right' and 'wrong' to talk about opinions on moral issues. Here's an example:
"In the UK, junior doctors earn around £20,000 per year, while top footballers earn over £200,000 per WEEK."
This is a fact. It is true.
You can also say that it is 'right' because the information is correct.
But many people would say that this situation is 'wrong' because it is unfair.
Many people believe that it is 'not right' that footballers are paid so much and doctors are paid so little.

The difference is that true and false are objective things. The Right and wrong is subjective and varies with the interpretation.
