Neither of these are very good form I'm afraid :)
It depends exactly what you wish to express of course, but valid examples of using those words might include:
a) "I was not able to come to the office yesterday as I was indisposed" [some unusual circumstance prevented me]
b) "I was reluctant to get an office job as I like to work outside" [I didn't want office work because I don't like to be indoors]
