Se supone que "thou art" es el equivalente en inglés antiguo a "you are", así que podría traducirse literalmente como "mientras que vos sois la existencia en sí misma" utilizando del mismo modo el castellano antiguo. Esperó que te ayude en algo!

i guess you could translate it a few ways but the most obvious would be "you are the whole world/everything" the most common use would be someone confessing their love for another they're basically saying they mean the world to them.
