As Nearcoさん wrote, this is a difficult question even for Japanese.
Because, we normally don't use this kind of language much unless someone works for a prestigious hotel or something.
If I jump to a conclusion, the best humble expression for だと思う would be だと存じます.
A humble verb for 思う is 存ず, but 存ず has another meaning 知る.
When 存ず comes with ている, it likely means 知っている in a humble way.
だと存じています←だと知っています
だと存じております←だと知っています
だと存じております is more humble than だと存じています, but I feel 存じております is more used.
我が社の会社の歴史はご存知ですか?
はい、存じております。(←はい、知っています)
(手紙の書き出しなどで)
お元気でお過ごしのことと存じます。(←元気で暮らしていると思います)
Overall, 思っております is great enough except for a special occasion.
I hope this helps!

To be honest, there are a few Japanese are fluent and familiar with 謙譲語 other than grammar teacher in school. lol
I have no confident at all
~だと思っております
I think its fine. おります is 謙譲語 in this case.
~だと存じています
Sounds weird. いる is you are here. so little bit doesnt make sense
~だと存じております
I think its fine, but little bit too much (sounds ironic?)
存ずる is 謙譲語 おります is also 謙譲語.
It could be 二重敬語? which is not exact correct usage.
~だと存じます。 it also could be correct?
I understand all of expression what you want to say tho.

~だと思っております= 謙譲語ではない
~だと存じています( x ) -> ~だと存じあげております (います) = to know
~だと存じております( x ) -> ~だと承知いたしております(います)= to understand
使い方は難しいですね。 多分、習得できる外人は韓国人だけでしょう(笑。 教科書は頼りにならないし、日本人の学生では教えられないでしょう。 教養のある成人日本人に教えて貰ったほうがよいですよ。
