Actually someone said like this " 10명이 도용 등이의 악용 짓 많이 막아보아씁니다. 지금 다시 활동종 아니 많은본들 답장부탁합니다 " is she talking about thief?

The sentence as written is badly mangled.
Here is one way to reconstruct it which may or may not be what she said.
"10명이 도용 등이의 악용 짓 많이 막아보아씁니다. 지금 다시 활동종 아니 많은본들 답장부탁합니다"
=> 10건의 명의 도용 등 악용하는 짓을 많이 막아 보았습니다. 지금 다시 활동 중이니 많은 분들 답장 부탁합니다. (best guess)
=> I have tried and prevented many abuses such as 10 cases of identity thefts. I have now restarted my service and welcome replies from all of you.
