Because the mail on their website doesn't work for us. - 왜냐하면 그 웹사이트에서 메일이 작동안하는것(or 먹통되는것) 같아요 When we send an email to their address, the message return to us as if the mail doesn't work" - 우리가 메일을 보낼때 마치 메일이 작동안하는것처럼(or 먹통되는것처럼) 자꾸 돌아와요 have a nice day!!
