For each of the words you mentioned, the closest pronunciation would be the u in English "bull." So table would be "tay-bull" and mile would be "my-ull."

The answer to each of your questions is no. The best way to go about this is to use an online dictionary. Merriam Webster, the Oxford Dictionary, the Cambridge dictionary or another if you prefer, and type each of these words in. There will be an audio icon, which when you click on it will allow you to hear the correct pronunciation of each word.
