Is this sentence OK?
He doesn't always tell me where he goes.and this;
He doesn't always tell me where he is going.

I do not think that either of them is wrong, but I would say that the second example is probably closer to common usage than the first. Another way of saying this might be," He doesn't always tell me where he has been."
