Bench seats
Is there a special word for bench seats in Tagalog? Like the seats in a jeepney.

The word "upuán" will do. It's pretty general (literally it means something like "a place to sit"). I don't know of any particular word fro jeepney seats.
If you're talking about long benches, then that would be "bangkô."
