Hello everyone? which one is correct I've been (stopping reading, stop reading, or stopping read)?

Well, the present perfect continuous, if that's what you want, is "I have been stopping". And I suppose that what you have been stopping could be reading, but I can't imagine a case where you would use the two together. Perhaps, just about, you could say something like "I have been stopping reading at ten every night when I go to bed", but "I have been reading until ten every night ..." is more natural, or simpler still, if you continue to do it, is "I read until ten every night ...".

None of them are correct. Perhaps this is what you are trying to say
"I have stopped reading".

Hey there, the correct sentence is either : I have been reading or I have stopped reading. There's no way two continuous tenses can stay together in English language.
