Spanish Archer
Does ''Spanish Archer'' mean some slang expression or it's directly means to an archer from Spain?
I had a discussion with someone about a song where Spanish Archer was used.
Look to lyrics excerpt below as a context.
Can you imagine how it feels it's so hard to reveal
Oh I can't get through and I'm falling I'm getting out,
I'm losing ground
The Spanish archer's gonna bring you down
Is there someone somewhere waiting in the wings to take my place
Let's not drag it out like a cagney death scene
In this season of change its not hard to explain Like the leaves on the trees
I'm falling And as you turn don't look away
The Spanish archer's gonna make you pay

SPANISH ARCHER means: Spanish archer is British slang for a rejection or dismissal.
Personally, I am Australian and have never heard of this expression.

'Spanish archer' is a slang phrase.
El (Spanish word) + Bow (what an archer uses.)
i.e. elbow.
If you give someone the Spanish archer, you give them the elbow (which is itself a colloquial phrase) and it means to break up with someone. I fully understand your confusion, 'Spanish archer' is a phrase I've only ever heard used by people from London, and 'giving someone the elbow' is I believe a British phrase itself. I imagine many native speakers would also be confused by it.
The lyrics would seem to reference a break up, although perhaps a bit indirectly.
