Hi~ Yes you are right. It has three meanings. One, as you stated, a seafood; abalone. Second, a verb; roll over - like "A train derailed and turned over" : " 열차가 탈선하여 전복되었다" Third, a verb; overthrow - "They plotted to overthrow[overturn] the government." :"그들은 정부의 전복을 꾀했다." 전복 is a noun borrowed from Chinese (顚覆): rollover, overturn Just like most borrowed words, ~하다/~되다 can be attached 전복하다 is the verb "to turn/roll over" 전복되다 is the causative version of above "to get overturn" or 全鰒: abalone There are a few other homphones, but even most native Korean speakers don't know them.

전복 has two different meanings. First of all, it is a sea food, yes. Second of all, it is overturn or overtrhow :)
