一些 VS 一点儿
我儿子生病了。 昨天吃了感冒药。 现在好一些了。
This is from my Mandarin textbook. I am wondering why they are using 一些 instead of 一点(儿) here.
I thought that 一些 is only used for things you can count, like "一些书".
Why do they use 一些 here? Do I have to use it in this sentence or is "现在好一点儿了" also fine?
