Yes. It depends on the situation and context. Without any, this is what you can assume as in English. 1. Oh, do please have a seat 2. Please seat down (congenial, formal etc) 3. Warmer than #1 4. Curt and can be an order to sit as if some impending doom is looming.

In general,they are the same meaning.You can use each words. Definitely Chinese donot distinguish them.there are slightly differences between them in feelings.The second one is more used in commercial talking.The first and the third one ,if you go to your friends home first time,he or she will say this.all of you will feel some excited.And the last one ,how to say,we seldomly use.

If you add 「吧」, this sentence is more gentle and relaxed. 「請坐」and「請坐下」are not different at all.
