If you want say "Yes",you can say "是shì","是的shì de","嗯èn","喜欢xǐ huān". If you want say"No",you can say "不bù","不喜欢bù xǐ huān","我讨厌它wǒ tǎo yàn tā"，you also can say "嗯én"in informal conversation.

Do you like? 你喜欢吗？ Answer: shi4 de1 是的 yes meaning. Or I like. 我喜欢 It should be wo3 xi3 huan1.
