well it depends... see these examples: Someone it is making a sandwich and so you says: - Please, Can you add some sauce to improve the flavor? is it ok? (it is a question) OR Someone it is making a sandwich and so you says: - hummm this sandwich isn't ok, maybe you can/should add some sauce to improve the flavor... (it is a advice) is it clear for you?
