Dr. Martin reports having served as a consultant for and having received speakers’ honoraria from... Please, formulate it for me in easier way. I don't fully understand the meaning. Thanks in advance. PS: This is an article from "The New England Journal of Medicine". Dr. Martin reports having served as a consultant for and having received speakers’ honoraria from Bristol-Myers Squibb and Aventis; Dr. Mackey, having served as a consultant for and having received speakers’ honoraria from Aventis, AstraZeneca, Amgen, and Roche and grant support from AstraZeneca, Roche, Amgen, and the Canadian Breast Cancer Research Alliance...

Dr. Martin - let's call him "he" Aventis, AstraZeneca, Amgen, and Roche - probably pharmaceutical companies. Let's call them <those guys>. He served as a consultant for <those guys> He has received honoraria from <those guys> honoraria = more than one honorarium, probably money, possibly, from context some sort of award. . He has been a consultant & received awards from <those guys> reports - means "says", So we only have this "reports". We cannot be sure that it is true. What were the awards/money for? "speaking" (about something complicated?). they were "speakers' honoraria". He was a consultant. He served as a consultant. Hope this helps. :)
