Wat is de verschil tussen ''ons'' en ''onze''?
I've realised that sometimes they aren't interchangeable... So what is the difference between those words?

You can use "ons" and "onze" both as possessive pronouns. "Ons" with "het woorden" and "onze" with "de woorden".
Examples:
Het huis ---> ons huis
De tuin --> onze tuin
De aardbeien --> onze aardbeien
You can also use "ons" as a reflexive pronoun.
Example: We hebben ons goed voorbereid voor het examen.
And lastly, you can use "ons" as an object.
Example: Hij heeft ons gisteren gebeld.
