Ciao!
"It must have been nice" is correct. Because it is in the past and is likely but not certain (so sort of hypothetical).
For example:
Person 1 - "How was the food in Italy? It must have been nice."
Person 2 - "Yes, Italian food is the best in the world!" :-)
