MILF is a derogatory acronym for a very sexy woman who is married and is still very attractive to many men. The letters stand for (a) Mother I (would) Like (to) F***.

MILF is the acronym for Mother I would Like to Fuck, a spinster is an unmarried woman beyond the usual age of marriage, so SPILF is a joke, stating Spinster I would Like to Fuck. Pretty gross, but you asked! hehe
