Usually people say the following:
"I am worried." / "He is worried."
"I am starting to get worried." / "I am beginning to get worried." / "I started getting worried."
Rather than "feel worried", it is usually simply "I am worried." or "Are you worried?" though you could say "Are you feeling worried?" as well.
