my english is not very well,not everybody wants to talk with me
my english is not very good ,always use some simple words ,and i do no know what should i say to foreigner.what should i do?

It is alright to feel this way because you are not alone. Anyone who tries to learn a foreign language faces this problem. It is ok to feel helpless or to make mistakes at this stage, it is part of learning :)
I believe there are many people here in italki who are willing to help :)
